This listing is for Sleeping Beauty turquoise, which comes from the Southwestern part of the United States in Arizona. The stone got its name due to the mountain that it is mined resembling the shape of a woman laying on her back with her arms crossed. This beautiful turquoise is highly sought after due to its pure sky-blue color, which shows little to no veining or webbing.

Small amounts of the stone are still being collected from this same mine in Arizona to this day. Each individual stone has a number associated with it, which is used to identify them from one another. The weight (listed in carats) and the dimensions (listed in mm) can be found below for each stone. These stones have been grouped together due to their locality, type, quality, size and cost. As the mine is only producing in small amounts, this particular type of turquoise is highly sought after.
